Brian’s career in real estate began in 2012 as a landman in Ohio and West Virginia, researching surface and mineral ownership for drilling projects. In 2016, he advanced to Title Examiner and Escrow Officer at Tennessee Title & Escrow Affiliates, facilitating closings across Middle Tennessee.

Brian’s multifaceted background—including early roles in engineering—infuses his work with exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills. He holds a B.S. in Engineering Science and Mechanics (1993) and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering (1995) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, bolstering his analytical prowess.
