Keaton Rye
Keaton resides in Franklin with his wife Kendle. At the Ashworth Law Firm, Keaton will assist real estate licensees, loan officers, developers, and builders handling residential and commercial real estate transactions, loan documentation, contract law, and commercial leases. Keaton will also be handling a wide variety of civil litigation and representing local businesses.
Prior to joining the Firm, Keaton defended real estate brokers and their affiliated licensees in litigation all throughout Middle Tennessee along with handling a wide variety of civil litigation for small businesses. He also represented real estate licensees in ethical complaints in front of the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
Keaton attended Ensworth High School where he played basketball and football. He received the City Civitan Sportsmanship and Leadership Award for Tennessee in 2009. After high school, he attended the University of Alabama, where he graduated with a degree in Finance. Keaton obtained his law degree from Belmont University in 2016, where he was involved in the Health Law Society, Christian Law Society and the American Inn of Court. During law school he worked with in-house counsel at large Healthcare companies including Vanderbilt Medical Center, and Change HealthCare in Donelson.
When Keaton is not practicing law, he can be found enjoying bass fishing and duck hunting on Kentucky lake. Keaton is also PADI certified and enjoys scuba diving, hiking and rooting on the Crimson Tide.
