Brian Hurst

Brian graduated from Nashville School of Law in 2024 obtaining his law degree. He was admitted into The Honorable Society of Cooper’s Inn in recognition for graduating in the top 10% of his class.

Over the last twelve years, Brian has worked in many different areas as they relate to real estate transactions. In 2012, he began working as a landman in Ohio and West Virginia. He researched surface and mineral ownership records for multiple drilling projects in Ohio and West Virginia and prepared in-depth mineral ownership reports to summarize the transfer of ownership from patent to current owner.

In 2016, Brian relocated back to middle Tennessee and began working as a Title Examiner and Escrow Officer at Tennessee Title & Escrow Affiliates. Brian gained valuable experience during this time. He searched residential and commercial properties in most counties in middle Tennessee. Also, he has worked with buyers, sellers, lenders and developers to close both residential and commercial transactions in our area.

Before his time in real estate and law, he worked in several different areas that include engineering, Christian radio, and full-time ministry. Brian graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a B.S. degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics in 1993. Then, he earned his M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering in 1995.
Brian will work with realtors, loan officers and developers on residential and commercial transactions, loan documentation and contract law.
